Read moreDempsey was my niece Katy’s Aussie, who died suddenly in 2008. He was her constant companion, and his departure hit Katy hard. I’m happy to report that she now has another Aussie, Remy, who will never replace Dempsey but will share his energy and Katy’s and contribute to the whole. Long live Dempsey!
